Terms and Conditions before Commissioning

⚬ COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. USE OF AI / NFTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.The artist holds all rights and are free to post commissions on social media. Clients CANNOT use work to reprint, sell for profit, edit, or erase signatures under the case for plagiarism. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions and understand that failing to abide by these rules can result in a kill fee.
PROCESS
⚬ Commission will not begin until full payment upfront⚬ Between phases, progress will be sent to the client. Thumbnails, sketches, lineart, coloring and cleanup will be considered checkpoints that must be approved before furthering.
⚬ Will allow up to 2 revisions FREE. Any further revisions will cost extra.*All commissions require some form of reference such as PNG or JPEG images. 2+ refs minimum, though more is highly suggested for max accuracy.
USAGE
⚬ Can crop for pfps and post on your social media so long as there is credit attached
⚬ Will send final work in both PNG or JPEG, as well as a google drive doc to retain quality.
PAYMENT
⚬ Payment will be through Paypal or Ko-fi
⚬ Termination of commission requires a kill fee of 10% of the work's total price
⚬ If I fail to update past a span of 2 months, you are elligible for a full refund and I will transfer upon request
